This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through shop-wearrose.com, operated by Wearrose.

We stand behind our products and want customers to feel confident when ordering from Wear Rose. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To begin a return, contact us at support@wear-rose.com and include your name, order number, order email, and reason for the return.

2. Opened and Unopened Products

Opened and unopened products are eligible for return within the 14-day return window.

Products must be returned in reasonable condition. Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, alteration, negligence, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wear Rose is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit before being delivered to the return address.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

1. Email support@wear-rose.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order Number]”.
2. Include your name, order number, order email, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
4. If your return is approved, send the product to the return address listed in this policy using a trackable shipping method.
5. Once the return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Refund Processing Time

After an approved return is received and reviewed, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing issue or shipping error, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wear-rose.com.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

8. Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following may not be eligible for refund:

- Orders where the 14-day return window has passed
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, alteration, negligence, or customer-caused damage
- Returns that cannot be matched to an order

9. Wear Rose Club Refunds

Wear Rose Club charges are eligible for refund requests within 14 days of the billing date for that billing cycle.

To cancel your membership and avoid future recurring charges, log in to your customer account or contact us at support@wear-rose.com before your next scheduled billing date.

By placing your monthly recurring order of Wear Rose Club, you will be charged $29.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
